Coaching, Assessor & Verifier Courses

These three courses may need to be adapted to incorporate company specific requirements.

Coaching – 2 days
An interactive course which covers What, Why, Who and How to coach. Planning and Preparation are covered using an industry recognised model. The course also addresses the importance of a coaching contract.  Video Arts supporting material is used during this course.

Assessor – 2 days
An interactive course which will be tailored to reflect your Competence Assurance System.

Course Content:

• Introduction to competence assessment
• Evidence sources
• Defining and agreeing to the assessment process
• Evaluating evidence and making the assessment decision
• Giving candidate feedback on performance
• Recording assessment decision

Verifier – 1 day
An interactive course which will be tailored to reflect your Competence Assurance System.
